We’re recruiting our first cohort of RADICAL leaders to join us in the Pacific section of The Corridor for our very first 7-day leadership trek. This trek is designed to challenge personal and professional limits while cultivating the resilience, perspective, and alliances required to lead in an era of rapid change.

If selected, you’ll travel with peers, seasoned mentors, adventure guides and conservationists through rugged terrain — experiencing a side of Costa Rica tourists never get to see.

The Itinerary

  • Day 1: Shuttle to Cerro Vueltas

    Our adventure begins with an afternoon private shuttle to Cerro Vueltas Lodge, located at 10,000 feet above sea level.

  • Day 2: Cerro Vueltas

    Tour sustainable farm systems, hike private biological reserve. Extra Challenge Option: High-altitude cold plunge

  • Day 3: Rancho Tinamou

    4X4 Safari transport, leadership activities, sunset hike. Extra Challenge Option: Sweat lodge and cold plunge

  • Day 4: Rafiki Safari Lodge

    Hike, swim in a waterfall, and walk across one of Costa Rica’s largest hanging bridges. 4×4 Safari transport to Rafiki Safari Lodge. Extra Challenge Option: Jungle night walk

  • Day 5: Raft The Savegre River

    Whitewater rafting on The Savegre — the cleanest river on the Central American Pacific and the fifth cleanest river in the world.

  • Day 6: Kayak to the Pacific Ocean

    Kayak through a Mangrove to the Pacific and see all sorts of tropical wildlife in their natural habitat.

  • Day 7: Beach Villa

    Spend the day resting and relaxing with your new comrades at our beach villa — you’ve earned it! Extra Challenge Option: surfing

  • Day 8: Check-Out

    All good things must come to an end. Private shuttle to the airport.
